Fort Lee, NJ – June 4, 2015 - CareOne, New Jersey’s premier senior care provider, recently announced a new partnership with Pinnacle Quality Insight to measure patient satisfaction. Through phone interviews conducted with both current and recently discharged patients and their family members, Pinnacle provides vital feedback enabling senior care providers to enhance the quality of their services based on customer experience. Survey participants are asked open-ended questions and to provide ratings. They are also encouraged to explain their answers and reasons for the ratings given. This personalized process enables providers to address each individual’s unique needs.

CareOne’s corporate office in Fort Lee accepted the ALS Ice Bucket challenge after being nominated by Oradell Health Care Center. More than 25 employees participated in the challenge, including Executive Vice President Elizabeth Straus, EVP and General Counsel Alberto Lugo, Chief Financial Officer Matt Marcos, and Chief Strategy Officer Timothy Hodges.

More than 1,800 supporters attended the sold-out fundraiser at Fenway Park to support CareOne/HealthBridge employees and researchers in the fight against cancer.
Daniel E. Straus, Founder and CEO of CareOne, announced that a fundraising campaign – launched by the company in support of long-time employee and cancer patient Dan Grimes -has raised $1.3 million. The campaign culminated in a July 27th event at Fenway Park which featured Michael Strahan, Tiki Barber, three-time NFL Pro Bowler who led the Giants to Super Bowl XXXV, GRAMMY award winning artist NE-YO and British-born singer- songwriter Natasha Bedingfield.
